Before joining Chattanooga Property Shop, Tanya spent a decade building and operating two successful local businesses, Little Piggies Kids Consignment and The Stock Exchange Consignment. Her experience as a business owner developed a deep understanding of customer relationships, creative marketing, community engagement, and the importance of delivering consistent, personalized service.
Having also held a real estate license for more than 10 years, Tanya understands the industry from an agent's perspective. This firsthand knowledge helps her develop effective strategies, support the team's agents, and anticipate the needs of buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process.
Today, Tanya leads Chattanooga Property Shop's marketing initiatives, digital presence, lead generation, and operational systems.
